Scholarships
The TNA District 3 Educational Scholarship offers two $1,000 awards—one for Pre-Licensure and one for Post-Licensure nursing students—to support tuition, books, and educational expenses. Applicants must live in or attend school in District 3.

Linda Marie Morrow, MSN, RN, MBA-HCM, BSN, BSHA | Linda Marie Morrow is an accomplished nurse educator, clinician, and healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, academic instruction, and healthcare administration. She holds multistate RN licensure and specializes in pediatrics, internal medicine, emergency care, adolescent health, case management, and public health. Linda is passionate about advancing nursing education and mentoring the next generation of nurses. She currently serves as an adjunct clinical instructor at Volunteer State Community College, where she supervises students in Fundamentals of Nursing and Mental Health clinical rotations, fostering hands-on learning in classroom, lab, and hospital settings. She previously taught at Nashville State Community College and the University of Phoenix, where she was recognized as Distinguished Faculty of the Year in 2015. Her clinical leadership experience is extensive, including roles as Clinical Care Coordinator at BC/BST Medical Home Partnership, Director of Clinical Services at Capstone PLLC, and Clinical Nurse Manager at Mercy Community Healthcare. Linda’s work has consistently focused on improving patient outcomes, streamlining care coordination, and supporting interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition to her professional roles, Linda is the CEO and founder of A Healthy Tomorrow, LLC, providing health and nutrition consulting, wellness coaching, and community health education. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, Tennessee Nurses Association, and other professional organizations dedicated to healthcare excellence. Linda’s dedication extends to volunteer work, including mentorship through the ANA, and service with Nashville Food Project, Thistle Farms, and Second Harvest Food Bank. She is committed to fostering compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice and empowering students and colleagues to achieve their full potential. |
